4% Commission

I offer a competitive commission rate for Sellers. To break the commission down – 2.5% goes to the Co-operating Brokerage (Buyer’s agent) and 1.5% is to the Listing Brokerage. In the event that I represent both parties – Seller & Buyer in the same transaction, my commission would be dropped to 3% total.
